We will use Microsoft Copilot as a tool to discuss ways that administrators might use AI to assist with the jobs they and their teams do. This is not about creating legal briefs or client communications. It’s about leveraging AI to streamline tasks or surface and gather information that may be complicated to compile. It’s about giving your staff tools to sift through the crush of incoming data and communications to find what they need and produce better work product.Topics will include: • Use AI to evaluate and rank resumes and generate sample interview questions • Prepare the foundations of a Powerpoint presentation • Create anonymized data for use in training or modeling • Evaluate and compare health care plans • Compare a set of invoices to identify cost changes, anomalies or trends • Use Excel to analyze data or help build formulas • Some discussion about prompts, privacy/security issues and limitations re: accuracy and completeness • Q&A and sharing among participants on ways they are successfully using AI in their work
